The length of the bed way is more than that of work table to ensure no overhang of table during different grinding conditions. Slide way to for bath cross & longitudinal movement are hand scraped and turcite coated for higher wear resistance and vibration dampening long term accuracy. High precision ball screw for cross movement which ensures very high free movement and high accuracy. High precision spindle is supported by multiple anti-friction bearings adjusted radially and axially for greatest accuracy.
They are permanently sealed with high quality grease for minimum maintenance. Hydraulic table movement is controlled by unique directional valve- that minimize vibrations and easy for operator to operate. Advanced hydraulic system with independent oil tank for vibration free table automatic lubrication system.
